The TRX Program is a mixture of class types which runs for 4 weeks and includes the following: 
Train 2 or 3 times per week in a class environment 
Small Group Training Session 
Nutritional plan  
Weigh in / measurements/ progress photos 
Support group

The 6am Club: 
Monday , Wednesday , Friday 6am
